I told you in game, but I'll post it again.

This build is quite well-thought out in the sense that not only are the expertises there to get you to desirable levels for the corresponding chains, but you leveled them specifically to give you more useful skills as well. It's impressive to say the least.

As for the gear, well-done as well. It covers so many bases at once, including CPC (Cost per cast), a usually unconsidered (or very little-considered) trait for enhancers.
