Shiki's Ultimate Melee Guide.

You asked what possibilities there were? This goes over them all, and strategies and instances to use them in. It was actually just completed yesterday during maintenance, so it's as up-to-date as it comes. Plus, Shiki is the god of melees in game. If there's anyone you could go to for melee info, it'd be this guy.
